Services Offered at
Our Eastside Location
Auto Glass
If you need auto glass work done, contact the Eastside location of Inspector’s Auto Appearance. We offer a variety of auto glass services, including windshield chip repair, cracked windshield repair, and even windshield replacement. In Arizona, we have the highest rate of windshield replacements due to the dry climate, rocky terrain, loose rocks and gravel, high winds, and high interstate speeds. So, it’s not a matter of if you will need auto glass service; it’s when.
You don’t have to worry about it, though- that’s what we do! Our technicians are highly trained and can get the job done right and do it efficiently as well. We can even come to you if you are within our service area: Kachina, Bellemont, Doney Park, Parks, or Mountainaire.
Our team is highly trained and understands the safety behind Advanced Driver Assistance System technology. We have the tools to calibrate your windshield if your vehicle is equipped with this technology.
If your windshield has a chip, star, or crack, we may be able to repair it – but in some cases, your windshield may need to be replaced. Typically, we can repair a chip, star, or crack up to 8 inches. The goal is to keep it from spreading so that you don’t have to replace your windshield. We apply a clear resin that takes about 20 to 30 minutes to dry, and then you can be on your way. You may still see the damage, but it will definitely be less noticeable, and it will be sealed so it won’t spread.
If you need auto glass replacement, we can replace the following:
- Windshield
- Backglass
- Door glass
- Vents
- Quarter glass

Replacement of any glass typically takes 1 to 2 hours. However, we do use adhesives that allow you to drive your vehicle shortly after replacement. We can even replace glass on your RV or commercial truck as well!
Window Tinting
In Flagstaff, AZ, we have 266 days of sun every year. While it’s true that we do love our sunny days, we also understand the importance of taking care of your investment and your health. That is why we offer window tinting services at our Eastside location. We offer auto glass visors, cool blue film, and protective window films. What’s more, our tinting films come with a lifetime warranty.
An accident or storm can cause your vehicle’s window to shatter without warning, causing shards of glass to go flying everywhere. This can mean significant damage to your vehicle and even severe injuries to your family. However, you can drastically reduce this risk with window tinting from Inspector’s Auto Appearance.
There are many brands to choose from in the window tinting industry. Still, we only work with the best: LLumar FormulaOne Series. This window tint is made with a thick, heavy-duty polyester bonded with strong adhesives. They provide you with a clear and virtually invisible barrier while still remaining strong.
This window tint will not only protect you in the case of an accident, but it will also prevent criminals from smashing your windows as easily.
We do offer several different packages, so you can choose the one that works best for you:
- Classic
- CTX Film
- Pinnacle
- Stratos

About Inspector’s Auto
In September 1988, Alan McCracken decided he was ready to leave the magazine distribution industry and try something new, but he didn’t know what. The idea finally presented itself when his wife became frustrated with being unable to find a decent detailing shop in the area to take their vehicles to. From there, “Inspector #9” was born.
Over the years, the business expanded and, after 23 years, became Inspector’s Auto Appearance. We are proud to offer a variety of services at two convenient locations: East Flagstaff and West Flagstaff. We strive to make sure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied and go above and beyond to prove that. Please feel free to let us know if you are not happy with any of our products or services. We love hearing from our customers and always work hard to make sure they’re beyond pleased with our service and products. It’s just one of the reasons we’ve become Flagstaff’s favorite destination for all things automotive over the years!
